Bristol Vintage Wedding Fair
Last weekend the two of us that are Bespoke Bride made the small journey over to Bristol to attend Bristol vintage’s second successful wedding fair. The weather was glorious so I thought I would take the opportunity to sweep the cobwebs from Jess’s eyes as she was shall we say slightly hung over, by putting the roof down on the convertible. Although sunny someone should really have mentioned it still gets cold, and so we arrived at the wedding fair after getting lost for some time a regular occurrence for me shivering and extremely windswept.
We had a wonderful opportunity to meet so many amazing vendors such as Janet Haigh and her assistant Sophie from ‘Heart Space studios’. They have had a delightful idea to teach people how to make their own accessories for their weddings such as small beaded hearts, hair accessories, button holes and wedding favours, a great idea for a hen party or a bride and her family to make the ultimate bespoke wedding.

Of course as both of us are addicted to sweeties it didn’t take us long to hunt down the cake stalls. We came across ‘Chocolate Dolores’ with their beautiful range of unique wedding cakes which looked fantastic and tasted even better!
All of the stalls looked fantastic but one really stood out for us on the day – ‘Wilde Bunch’ is an outstanding florist, who works with the seasons and scents to create wonderfully indulgent floral designs.
Another highlight were the wedding cars displayed in the car park showcased by four models each wearing one off designs, jewellery and tiaras.
You can tell that Ali does really put so much effort in to the fair she told us “it can take months to find the right exhibitors, as I’m passionate about keeping the fair as vintage or vintage style as possible”
The Vintage Wedding Fair comes highly recommended. We had an absolutely amazing time and we wish Ali every success
Much Bespoke Love
