With technology becoming ever more important in our day to day lives its not suprising that there are now apps you can download to your phone that can also help you organise big events in your life such as your wedding day.
Here at Bespoke Bride our phones are loaded with wedding apps such as pinterest, Wedding Gawker and the Knots wedding dress lookbook. So we have decided to share with you our top apps in order to make planning your day a little more easy just with the help of your phone.
Our top favourite app is of course PINTEREST, but we must warn you this site is addictive and very often we have found we have wasted half a day looking at all the amazing images, so proceed with caution.
You can now download pinterest to your phone, where you can follow and like others boards, ‘pin’ pictures to your own boards and generally peruse through thousands of amazing images. A great way to collate all your ideas for your wedding day.

Another of our favourite apps is Wedding Gawker. Similar to pinterest, this app allows you to view wedding photography submitted by photographers and other wedding bloggers in order to discover ideas for your own day. You are also able to click on the photography which will take you to the original blog post that the image featured in, to give you even more information.
For those who are addicted to Lookbook, the Wedding Dress Lookbook created by TheKnot.com is sure to get you hooked! It will determine what styles will suit you best to fit your own body shape and your wedding style. Basically a personal wedding dress shopper on your phone, this app is not to be missed.
Appy Couple is a pretty popular app right now and takes planning a wedding to another virtual level where guests can also be involved in the planning process of your wedding. It is an interactive app that allows your to share the story of how you met and the proposal. One of the best features is that guests can upload pictures of the day through a free website so that those who can not be there to share the day with you, are kept up to date with events on your special day.
Another site that allows for the easy upload of guests photos throughout your day is Wedding Snap. Guests can download the free app and enter your album code so that any photos uploaded will go straight to your online album.
The IWedding Deluxe is a wedding planner app that will organise and guide you through your planning process. With to-do lists, budget planning, seating plans, guest lists and blogs to assist you with everything you will need to plan your wedding
This Wedding registry app is great for easily sharing your gift list with your guests, just scan the barcodes of the gifts you would like or add from any website and guests can access the list using your unique ID. The app will categorise your gifts and you can also make notes on the item such as the colour you would prefer.
If you have a secret fetish with celebrity weddings then you can enlist the help of the US’s most sought after wedding planner Mindy Weiss, the brains behind the weddings of A-listers like Ellen Degeneres, Heidi Klum and Gwen Stefani. This app will keep you up to date with current trends, provides organising tools for things like budget and provides you with videos from Mindy herself with tips on how to achieve your dream wedding day.
Do you need help deciding on where to hold your wedding or honeymoon? The Destinations Weddings and Honeymoons app includes advice on the most romantic places to visit, resort suggestions and advice from real-life brides.
Last but not least is the fun wedding app, the app that allows you to create a music play list for your reception by searching through millions of songs from the 1950’s right through to present time. You can also create lists especially for the bride and groom, father of the bride, mother of the groom and the bridal party.

Nice list of wedding apps, I used something for android, can’t remember the name but it had the android logo as a bride. It was a really useful wedding planner.
