Wednesday Wedding Inspiration: Comic Book Craze
It’s no secret that me and Emily love super heroes and marvel comics. I’m not kidding you when I say I used to have a card board cut out of Thor (hey don’t judge me! The cinema was throwing it away…I was only thinking of the environment…)
And I don’t wanna brag or anything but me and Em have met a few of the heroes in our lifetime and they were pretty dam smoking…
Even dressing as a super hero ranks pretty high on my list of things I like to do!
So on Sunday night when I sat down to watch the Avengers (again) it hit me (POW!) that a comic book wedding would be ridiculously cool!
Whether you focused on just one comic book or threw all the characters together to create a crazy comic concoction it would be seriously awesome. Check it out…

Hey! I was brought here by your alternate guest book ideas (awesome stuff) as it was so good I figured I’d have a look around. And hey presto! Like minded people! I always have loved comic books, and equally love the movies… But it didn’t cross my mind to have a comic themed wedding. I think this is partly due to seeing (and hearing) horror stories regarding themed weddings and, well, they always seem to come across as tacky. Not to mention my fear of family and friends deciding NOT to join in. I feel like I would have to persuade a lot of people (as sad as that really is) to do what I wanted to. Any suggestions or tips on how to avoid “tacky” and persuasion tactics? If only I had super powers, eh.
