Off The Record: The Hangover!
I am not going to lie this morning has been a struggle as I am just a little hungover. Yesterday myself and Mr T were invited to celebrate the wedding of two of his oldest friends and what a great day it was. I wish I had filmed the speeches because they were honestly some of the best I had ever heard, I think I peed myself a little with laughter. I was thrilled with the amount of thought and originality that had gone into them. Of course as weddings are, it was a great chance to catch up with old friends and of course make new.
Jess was super busy too as she was the photographer for the day. This was the first time I had actually seen Jess photograph a wedding as although I see her with her camera all the time I am never with her when she does private functions so it was fun to see her in all her professional glory, she is so great at what she does! We all had the best day so I would like to say a huge thank you to Neil and Lou for inviting us to be part of your wedding day! More on what we’ve been up to this week…
What Emily Loves:
♥ I was so interested by Gala Darling’s feature on Numerology that I decided to try it out for myself and I cant believe just how accurate it is. I even did it for Mr T and it describes him so well. Be warned it can be addictive, trust me I know.
♥ I baked a birthday Cake for Mr T this week and it was so yummy! I followed Jess’s grandmas recipe it was so easy to follow and make which is super important for me because I am a notoriously bad baker!
♥ I am so happy with my new diary from Pip Studios I vow to be more organised from now on, now I just need to get into the habit of filling it in!
♥ I bought a beautiful new blue maxi dress to wear to Neil and Lou’s wedding this weekend from New Look in Milton Keynes and it was a bargain let me tell you!
What Jess Loves:
♥ Giving couples their wedding album and seeing their reactions to the photos for the first time! It really is such a special moment.
♥ Heston’s Fantastical Food. Have you seen this programme? It’s SERIOUSLY AMAZING! This week, Heston re created a sweet shop in the style of Charlie And The Chocolate Factory! I’m talking giant rolos, lickable walls & the sourest sweets in the world!
♥ The new DIY decor piece I created for my bedroom the other day….I’ll be sharing it in a couple of weeks!
♥ My Dad. Happy Fathers day to the greatest Dad in the world!!! Thank you for always supporting me!
