Jack & Bryoni:An Intimate Engagement On The Fire Hills

Is it me or are there a lot of amazing engagement shoots going on right now? This week our engagement shoot has been sent by Dale weeks. He is one pretty dang awesome photographer, his style is quite soft and dreamy yet with a fun and cool edge! Here is what he had to say about the shoot…

We thought it would be great to shoot an engagement session up on the fire hills in Sussex as there are lots of cosy, hidden areas under cover of trees with interesting plant life which created a really pretty backdrop. For me, an engagement session is a chance to get to know a couple and to give them an experience that they won’t forget! The best way to shoot a couple naturally is to do away with a theme and props… I told Jack & Bryoni to literally arrive at 6pm as they were – To capture them as they truly are as a couple. I encouraged them to relax and to get as close as possible for some really fun and intimate shots.

The light was beautiful bouncing off the trees. Now I can’t wait to shoot their wedding day!
