Wedding DIY: Rustic Glitter Cork Bottle Stoppers
Who wants a normal bottle stopper when you can have a glitter bottle stopper?! I think these are the perfect addition to an outdoor rustic wedding (that’s if there’s any wine left over!) Speaking of which, you better crack open a few bottles cos you’re going to need a few corks for this one!
Well to be exact you will need:
Foam / Scissors / Yellow Craft Paint / Gold Glitter / Artificial Leaves & Foliage /
Step 1: Cut out your foam into the shapes you’d like on the bottle stoppers, I’m going for a heart, a flower and a kiss (x)
Step 2: Paint them completely yellow with your craft paint
Step 3: While the paint is still wet tip your gold glitter over the top until they are fully covered, then leave to dry.
Step 4: Knock off any excess glitter then glue the foam to the top of the cork
Step 5: Next take an artificial leaf and glue it to the back of the cork
Step 6: Add any additional foliage you have that you want to use
Step 7: Finally pop it in the bottle and admire how cute it is!
Easy peasy lemon squeezy! And a great excuse to drink more wine!
