So Sassi – The espirit Label from Sassi Holford
It’s time to go shopping! Girls if you have just got engaged it is most likely you have already started your search for the perfect dress. Well today I think we are about to make that search a little easier as we share with you these beautiful dresses from the Sassi Holford espirit Label, ‘So Sassi’.
Designed for the more fashion conscious bride, this collection has made huge a impact with the imaginative use of fabrics and detailing. Sassi and her team have incorporated peplums and hi-lo hemlines into their designs to create a new, fresh and fun collection.
I can’t wait to see brides gracing our pages in these gowns, I have grown particularly fond of Rosie, the detailing is exquisite!
About the Collection
The 2014 Collection has built on and developed the success of the first collection with a stronger design signature and by having the confidence to introduce more creative fabrics and textures. It is perfect for the young, modern bride with a strong sense of fashion and style.
The Inspirations
“I have been working with fashion graduates since the 1990’s and realised that this is an amazing creative resource. The talent and enthusiasm from my design team is going from strength to strength – working with them has been so much fun, it has taken twenty years off me!” – states Sassi.
Highpoints
There was an early highpoint for So Sassi this season, when ex Blue Peter presenter and daredevil fundraiser, Helen Skeltonmarried Warrington Wolves rugby player Richie Myler in her childhood home, Kirkby Thore, in Cumbria on 22 December 2013. Helen looked beautiful in her bespoke Ava gown from the So Sassi collection, an exquisite sequin-tulle gown with sweetheart neckline and fishtail skirt which creates a flattering silhouette.
“My daughter is a big fan of Helen’s and watched her adventures on Blue Peter with huge admiration – I’m delighted she picked ‘Ava’ and I think she looks wonderful.”
