6 Reasons You Should Choose All Inclusive for Your Honeymoon
Planning a honeymoon can be just as stressful as planning a wedding at times, when really it should be the time to kick back and relax after all your hard work. As if we haven’t mentioned it enough me and Jess recently returned from a 7 day holiday. It was perfect, the most beautiful place in the world and I still can’t believe that we were lucky enough to have that opportunity. I must be honest however I was a little dubious about the fact we were going to be ‘all-inclusive’. This might sound a little strange to you, I mean what’s not to love about all-inclusive you don’t have to worry about paying for food, drinks (even alcohol!) and in lots of places they even offer some activities as part of their package.
I like to explore, try different restaurants, activities and there was something about the word ‘all-inclusive’ in the past that felt, well, restrictive. I need not of worried because as first experiences go, this all -Inclusive package was amazing, our whole holiday from start to finish was so simple, I couldn’t have been more relaxed. The choice of restaurants and food was glorious, there were too many activities to fit into 7 days and not having to worry about spending a single penny all week was like a freedom I had never experienced. Not once did I have to worry that maybe I was being a little indulgent and for once, when someone said “oh go on, you on holiday” did I think “my pocket is going to regret this when I get home”.
So here are my top 6 reasons I think you should choose all-inclusive for your honeymoon…
Save Money!
Let’s be honest no matter how thrifty you are trying to be, weddings almost always go over budget, which often means there is not a lot left for the honeymoon. All-inclusive is a great way of fixing costs. When you have worked out how much you will probably spend on food, drinks and activities compared to the amount when booking all-inclusive, you will usually find that you are making huge savings by booking a package deal.
Stress Free!
As I have already mentioned your honeymoon should be time to relax, so the last thing you want to worry about is money having just spent so much on your wedding. The beauty of all inclusive resorts is that it takes this stress away, leaving you to really enjoy your honeymoon.
Indulge!
One of my biggest worries when it come to all-inclusive was the limited choice of food, budget buffets for breakfast, lunches and dinners, but I was delighted to find that this was really not the case. The variety of food was unbelievable, especially for a vegetarian like me. Often my food choices are limited to salads and veg but I had the chance to try foods from all around the world. Couples Resorts offer unlimited luxury gourmet dining, as part of their all inclusive package so be prepared for a feast!
Adventure!
If like me you are looking for a bit of adventure when it comes to your honeymoon, excursions could well be the clincher when you are looking for the perfect all-inclusive honeymoon. Couples Resorts offer scuba diving, water skiing, tours and much more in addition to boasting some of the best beaches in the world. Couples Swept Away has been voted in as one of the top 10 beaches in the world, perfect for those who want the best of both worlds!
Couples Only!
Kids are awesome but if the thought of being surrounded them on your honeymoon kills your buzz then why not consider a couples only resort? Couples Resorts cater especially for couples only, making sure your honeymoon is perfectly chilled and romantic.
Destination Wedding
For those couples who want to leave all the stresses of planning a wedding behind, why not choose a package that also includes your wedding. Couples Resorts offer wedding packages to suit all budgets, along with a dedicated wedding co-ordinator to help create the wedding you want!
I would love to hear from you guys on this. What would you prefer all-inclusive or non all-inclusive and more importantly where you going to be spending your honeymoon?
Much Bespoke Love
