“This editorial was the last shoot from our FW 2014/15 Bridal Styling Project and I wanted to finish it up with something really airy, light and sweet but unusual at the same time.Our venue was to be the Casino Barracuda, a unique place such as this gave me an idea to do something a bit different and that was when Alice in Wonderland came to mind! To get  this look, we included lots of light colors to make sure the imagery didn’t come across as too dark or heavy. Candles created a more ‘fairytale’ look, whilst miniature grasshoppers and crystal dragonflies were set amongst Phalaenopsis Orchids, Amnesia and David Austin Roses for the florals displays and bouquet. The dress was classic, but we made it a little bit more original with an unusual hair style and make up. The models were a real couple as I wanted to prove ordinary people can create something extraordinary! I want couples to feel relaxed and encouraged to do something ‘crazy’ like this for their own wedding.”
