BEHIND THE SCENES: FESTIVAL WEDDING STYLING WITH FREE PEOPLE
I always love seeing behind the scenes on blogs, it adds an element of realism to the site and often makes me feel more connected to the bloggers! It’s so fun seeing how certain shots were set up and different looks were created so today I thought it would be cool to show you some behind the scenes photos that Clare from Lily Fee Floral Designs took on our festival wedding shoot we recently did! You can also see the full shoot here!
Yes we were dancing on set. Underneath disco balls. To music out of a phone! One of my favourite moments of the day was dancing in that yurt!
Despite our hopes and wishes for warm weather that day, it so did not happen! As you can see the Costa Sisters and photographer Illaria Petruci were all wrapped up in scarves and jackets! Meanwhile me and Emily had to put on our best ‘the weather is so hot and sunny!!’ faces!
Inside the yurt it was much warmer! We also totally got to eat loads of the fresh fruit that Lizzie had put out for the styling! Did I also mention there were cocktails too? Yep…There are worst days to have at work my friend! We spent most of the day dancing, drinking and laughing!
Getting a team together to create a styled shoot is so much fun and so rewarding at the end! If you’re in the wedding industry, I would totally recommend getting a bunch of people together, coming up with a concept and showing off what you all can do! It’s also so nice to spend the day with people in the same industry as you, we bloody love it!
Don’t forget you can still win the dress I’m wearing in this shoot from Free People! It’s totally free to enter and you can do so here! Happy Monday everyone! xx
