TURN A TRADITIONAL BRIDAL SHOWER ON ITS HEAD WITH THESE FUN & FUNKY IDEAS
When I think of a bridal shower I often think of it as a rather muted affair, the decor is traditionally white and the guests sip tea whilst delicately nibbling at their sandwiches as the bride is showered with gifts. So you can imagine how much we love a bridal shower that turns that vision on its head and that is the very reason I am so excited to share today’s shoot with you. With it’s raw bohemian vibe, neutral tones and splashes of vibrant colour it is all you could want for a fun and modern bridal shower.
“The stylists added pops of color in the florals, fruits, and other small details, while maintaining a neutral pallet within the furniture and the throw pillows and poufs” photographer, Nicole told us.
“Since we wanted to inspire a bridal shower, we thought a flower crown activity would be a fun and unique way to entertain guests. We wanted the seating situation to be cozy and inviting so the stylists used a low bohemian style table with some throw pillows and poufs” she added. “To tie in the florals, we also used them to accentuate buttercream cupcakes, which made them look totally adorable!”
