Let’s get real for a second. Wedding planning is tough, there are endless lists to make, suppliers to be contacted, dates to write down, information to juggle and if you think you’re getting away with all of that without a notebook then you are crazy my friend. Sure, you can use spreadsheets but who could resist a beautiful geometric notebook?! (BONUS if you use both!) Here’s how you can create your new best friend…
YOU WILL NEED:
A plain white A5 notebook (preferably hardback) // A hole punch // Spray adhesive // Craft glue // A pencil // Geometric notebook cover 1 // Or Geometric notebook cover 2 // Scissors //
STEP 1:
Print whichever notebook cover you prefer out onto paper and cut it out. If you want to cover the back of your notebook too then remember to print out two copies!
STEP 2:
Carefully remove the hardback cover from your notebook.
STEp 3:
Take your printable cover and place it face down onto your working surface, then place your notebook cover on top making sure everything lines up. Next using your pencil trace holes onto the back of your printable cover where the holes in your notepad will be.
STEP 4:
Punch holes in the places that you just traced.
STEP 5:
Next, using your spray adhesive spray the back of your paper and carefully place onto your hardback notebook cover, making sure all of the holes lineup.
STEP 6:
You should now have some excess paper all around the outside of the notebook, cut squares into the corners so that you create tabs that can then be folded over the back of the notepad cover and secured in place with your craft glue.
