Bright Lights and Big Rides: How to Plan a Luna Park Wedding That’s Full of Colour and Fun!

Grab your sunglasses because today we are sharing one helluva bright and colorful wedding editorial. We know its winter and we should probably be dulling down the colour, but you know what? sometimes rules are just meant to be broken.
Let’s start with that backdrop! I love the mixtures of colours and pattern and those floral displays either side of the altar are astounding! Aside from colour, this shoot pretty much includes all of my favourite things, there’s balloons, pin wheels, cute slogans, cacti, lots of pink and even a donut station!!
Alright, so lets talk to photographer Kaila Cales about the inspiration…
“We really just wanted to showcase to our own clients and to all brides out there to not be afraid of color and having a little fun with your wedding details!” She began.
“I actually came up with the inspiration from seeing this gorgeous and fun photo of a bride and groom holding balloons and thought how awesome it would be to see more couples embracing color for their wedding days. We wanted the shoot to be fun, quirky, whimsical and of course bursting with color! And our event designer really brought that vision to life!”
“I think couples should be true to themselves for their wedding day. If you don’t love blush, soft tones and have always been a lover of color – do that! If you don’t like cake and would prefer donuts – do that! It’s your wedding day, do what feels right for you even if it might be against the status quo.”
