With the cold weather upon us, it’s time to turn our attention to everything indoors. As soon as winter hits I love to redecorate the house and make those little household improvements that I’ve been putting off all year. So far, we have already redecorated our hallway, downstairs bathroom and I have turned our spare room into a much larger and fancier office.
As we live in rented accommodation we can’t do much in the way of renovations or bold paint choices, so we usually stick with white walls and then invest in statement pieces to add our own personalities to the space. When I started, I never really had a theme in mind, I was just buying things that I liked – patterns, textures, pops of colour and basically anything with a boho vibe.
Next on my list is our living room, which is probably one of the most neglected of rooms in our house, crazy really, as it’s the one room where we spend most of our time.
