DIY CHRISTMAS SLOGAN PUN GLASSES
Calling all jingle ladies! Here we go guys, Christmas DIYs start right here and I couldn’t be more excited about it! We’re kicking things off with these funny pun slogan glasses because we all love a good pun don’t we?! These are so easy to make, we’re even stocking the stickers in our shop if you’d prefer to just buy them instead of making them (we love making Christmas as easy and fun as possible!) so let’s get started shall we? Time to get SPROUT of control with the Christmas DIYs….(paha sorry couldn’t resist!)
YOU WILL NEED:
Glassware of your choice // Gold vinyl* // /Cricut Machine // Transfer tape //
*If you don’t have a cutting machine or would prefer to just buy the vinyl stickers instead of cutting them out, then you can buy these Christmas Slogan pun stickers here and then skip straight to step 4!
STEP 1:
Open up the Cricut design space and using the font tool, type the quotes you want to cut out, the 10 slogans we went for are as follows:
-EVERYDAY I’M BRUSSELIN
-ALL THE JINGLE LADIES
-SLEIGH MY NAME SLEIGH MY NAME
-BELIEVE IN YOUR ELF
-HAPPY HOLLA DAYS
-UP TO SNOW GOOD
-SLEIGH WHAT?
-MINCE PIES BEFORE GUYS
-COS I SLEIGH
-SPROUT OF CONTROL
I then sized them all to 2 inches wide because that’s what would fit my glasses best, but size yours to whatever works for you.
STEP 2:
Load your gold vinyl into the Cricut machine and hit go and let it cut out the quotes for you!
STEP 3:
Pull away the negative space so that you’re left with the slogans in your gold vinyl, then place your transfer tape over each quote individually and rub down hard to pull away the quote with the tape. Again, if you would prefer to just receive the stickers like this, all ready for you, then you can grab them here!
STEP 4:
Rub your transfer tape onto the glasses making sure they line up centrally and are straight, then pull away the transfer tape leaving the quote behind.
Now all that’s left to do is whip up a bunch of festive cocktails (I’m thinking cranberry punch?!) Don’t forget if you’d like to see more Christmas DIYs then click here!
