DIY CUTE NAME HEART CLUTCH’S FOR YOUR BRIDESMAIDS
If you’ve been thinking you want to gift your bridesmaids something cute that isn’t going to break the bank then we’ve got the perfect DIY for you, say hello to these iron on heart clutches! We saw these clutches a few weeks ago and although they’re so sweet we know most people won’t be able to afford over $100 per bridesmaid bag! So we thought we would could totally make a DIY version. They are SO SIMPLE to make and really do make the most lovely and personalised gift! We bought a bunch of clutches (these ones were from MissPap)
YOU WILL NEED:
*You don’t necessarily need a Cricut for this one, you could grab yourself some glitter iron on letters instead if you like! But since we have a Cricut machine we figured we would just cut the letters out ourselves.
STEP 1:
Using your machine or with a stencil, cut your hearts out of the red iron on material.
STEP 2:
Now cut the names out of the glitter heart material (be sure to reverse the images so that when you iron the letters they appear the correct way!). Or if you already have the letters then just skip this step.
STEP 3:
Heat up your iron or Cricut easy press and place your red heart in the centre of your first clutch, then place the baking paper over top and press down hard while ironing. Remove baking paper then peel away clear film leaving your heart firmly on the clutch.
STEP 4:
Repeat this process with your gold glitter names.
STEP 5:
Keep going until all of your clutches are covered in hearts and beautiful gold glitter names for all your gal pals! We told you it was easy right?! Don’t forget to tag us on instagram in your creations (@Bespokebride) we love seeing your DIYs! xx
