Continuing with all things spring and summer today’s styled shoot certainly does bring the exotic vibes with it’s tropical citrus theme! The look was inspired by bright grapefruits, limes, melons and yellow lemons, contrasted against soft fabrics, gentle blooms and romantic textures. It’s certainly got us dreaming of being somewhere hot with a cocktail in hand!
“We wanted to create a crisp, citrus-inspired wedding shoot. We love the colour of grapefruit and that became the basis for our shoot concept. The magnificent gardens from Hohenhort cellars were the perfect backdrop.” said photographer Kaitlyn. ” Connies Cakery designed an delightful fondant wedding cake made up of citrus shaded ombre ruffles, and My pretty vintage styled a table simply popping with colour!” She also added that “Liezl of floral art created lush flower arrangements, working with berries for texture, and soft pink peonies to contrast the rich citrus shades. The cheerful, brush lettered wedding stationery from Pretty in Stains added the final touches to the tablescape, bringing everything to life.”
