Bright Lights and Big Rides: How to Plan a Luna Park Wedding That’s Full of Colour and Fun!
SO, WINE-SICLES ARE OFFICIALLY A THING & THIS IS WHY THEY’RE OUR NEW FAVE WEDDING MUST-HAVE!
I LOVE a glass of wine but, in the summer when the temperature is hotting up, all I really want is nice cold ice pop! So, what if by some crazy miracle, you were now able to combine the two to make WINE-SICLES! Well, let’s just say my summer is looking a whole lot brighter! But why not take it one step further and up your wedding game with the addition of ‘welcome winesicles’ instead of drinks? Well, this is exactly what event planner and designer, Michael Donovan envisioned. Using this unique new trend, Michael had a vision to celebrate the intimate moments shared between the couple and their wedding party just before their wedding, with of course, a wine-sicle or two… 
“My biggest piece of advice to my clients is to not be be afraid to create your own traditions.” He began.
“Start with an item that is a must have in your wedding or event.”
“For me this inspiration all started with the pink and mint chairs. From the moment I saw them, I knew I wanted them to be center stage in the design.” Michael continued.
“I found the location in the Glebe, a neighborhood in Ottawa, it was such a fun venue and I wanted to tie the bridesmaids and groomsmen attire in with the colorful space and let the design speak for itself. I loved the bridesmaids in their mint and pink dresses and paired the guys in 3 different suits.To tie in the ‘Bride and Groom’ we dressed our ‘bride’ in white and our ‘groom’ in a “wine” color which was the perfect touch to our Wine-Sicle Wedding Theme.”
