A QUICK TRIP TO NUREMBERG, GERMANY
A couple of weeks ago me and Emily had the pleasure of spending a few days in Nuremberg, Germany. We can’t tell you the reason why we were there yet but let’s just say we had a very exciting meeting and we can’t wait to share all of the details with you very soon! But, while we were there we decided to explore the city a little bit and boy was it beautiful! See for yourself….
We stayed at a hotel called Sorat Hotel Saxx, which was really lovely and was in an amazing location! Everything we were told to see within the city was in easy walking distance for us and half of the fun was exploring all of the little cobbled streets and wooden bridges overlooking the colourful buildings!
For food we tried a couple of different places, first a place called Asian restaurant CôCô – Indochine which was pretty much a 30 second walk from the hotel. The food was delicious, we had vegan sushi, noodle bowls, gyozas and more! The atmosphere was really nice in there too and it was busy so that’s a good sign to know when a restaurant is good!
The other place we ate at was called Mariposa, a vegan restaurant that we found on the Happy Cow app, this was just the cutest because we were pretty much eating in a woman’s house that she had turned into a restaurant. It was small, cosy, homely and the food was delicious! All handmade right in front of us in the kitchen!
I didn’t really want to give you guys a guide on Nuremberg because I didn’t feel like we were there long enough to offer that much advice, but I did find these helpful posts on Pinterest if you’re planning a trip there!
