Inspired by bright colours, the urban landscape and art, today’s “Love is an Art” wedding inspo was created at the iconic 21c Museum Hotel, a contemporary art museum, full of vivid, multicolored art that offers guests a welcome change from the concrete jungle of Kansas City. Featuring lush florals, an historic cocktail lounge and the beautiful city in the background, these wedding ideas will inspire you to create a wedding style that is fun and full of personality.
“The 21c Museum Hotel is in the heart of downtown Kansas City and is perfect for the couple that loves urban spaces and historic buildings,” began photographer Angie Scott.
“The ceremony space in the museum provides an elegant setting for an intimate ceremony. The Iconic and Historic Savoy Restaurant in the 21c serves up modern fare and classic cocktails that will be sure to delight wedding guests.” Angie explained.
“For our Love is an Art Styled shoot we wanted major pops of color in an otherwise concrete jungle. Bright pink peonies were the star of the floral arrangements and the color palette evolved from there. The florals were the first element we designed and the cornerstone of our shoot. All other elements of the shoot honored the color palette while staying true to the Art theme.”
