PLAYFUL PINK & PURPLE WEDDING IDEAS
With a lot of uncertainty in the world right now, this todays team of creatives wanted to put together a styled shoot that celebrated love in a fun, joyful and impactful way.
“The Wallace is Lonsdale Quay’s newest wedding venue and it truly can be the perfect location for any wedding because it is a blank canvas. This bright, open space is any bride and groom’s design dream as it can be fully transformed to suit any vision. There are a few industrial touches which only add to the venue’s unique character. The outdoor patio is a beautiful space for a cocktail reception and has stunning views overlooking the water. This venue is truly one-of-a-kind.” Sarah of Tafette Designs explained.
“By mixing hard metallic details with softer textiles, we were able to bring a blast of colour to life in an approachable way,” she told us.
“We matched colour tones in our use of florals, stationary and the stunning wedding cake, and incorporated the florals into the bride’s hair and makeup styling. We were careful to find the perfect balance between colour and softer tones to create a unique and bold aesthetic, that still had an elegant feel.”
“With sprayed stems and use of colour being some of this year’s top wedding trends, we jumped at the opportunity to bring this to life. Utilizing chic disco balls combined with colourful floral details, our inspiration for this styled shoot was colourful whimsy, with a fresh, modern edge.”
“What we love most about this shoot is that any bride and groom can take elements from our styling and easily incorporate them into their special day. Sprayed stems are an affordable way to deliver high impact. They can be customized to suit any colour scheme – the sky is the limit”
“Customized stationery is also a great way to add your own personal touch into your wedding.” Sarah added.
“The main inspiration we want couples to take away from this shoot is not to be afraid of having a wedding with bold, bright colours! Weddings are all about love and passion and we think that strong colours really help bring these sentiments to life and create an atmosphere that is energetic, fun, and unforgettable.”
