Today’s team of visionaries decided to bring some much-needed hope and inspiration to their gorgeous brides, now having to re-evaluate and re-define what their princess day looks like!
“This shoot was planned, designed and created by Luxe Events to give couples some much needed peace, creative inspiration and reference on how to create an intimate magical micro wedding while still adhering to Covid-19 restrictions. While Covid-19 won’t last forever, the couples love and dream wedding still can!” began Lucinda of Luxe Events.
“The idea is really to show couples, friends and family that despite the pandemic, their love has blossomed in the face of adversity! That nothing will stand in the way of them being able to walk down the aisle and say their forever and always “I do’s” in a romantic and intimate setting.” She continued.
“The only thing contagious at this wedding is their love and the only thing infectious is their joy that they want to share with their loved ones!” She laughed.
“We have brought in an array of bright colourful flower arrangements to bring a cheerful ambience. Of course, micro-weddings are all about the attention to detail and we feel we really were able to bring the heart of this vision to the shoot. With personalised sayings per place setting, white vinyl chair names, ombre floral design, candlelit elegant table-settings, a decadent cake sprinkled with flowers and of course a stunning bridal couple.”
“And what is a wedding without a little keepsake…. In sticking with the idea of shifting things up a little we brought in some fresh party favour ideas. We designed a “bouquet bar” for each guest (yes mainly for our ladies who love a little spoil of their own!), to experience the opulent floral design chosen by the bridal couple and get to make their own bouquets to take home.”
“We tried to showcase the beauty and elegance that can still be experienced for an intimate ceremony and that if not just less the cost, it still can have all the fun!”
“Our floral design and fresh colour palette, with the intricate little extras are what really adds to this micro wedding magic and glow. Where our emphasis is on the synergy of a love that just like “the flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all”, so is their romance and what a beautiful way to express this kind of love in words and design.”
