The last year has been tough on everyone, not least the arts scene. We’ve missed celebrating good music, theatre & art and this inspiration reminds us of how much we appreciate that electric atmosphere, the mesmerizing beats, lively colors everywhere, tasty food, unforgettable moments, feeling the joy of life, of connection and simply endless love – pura vida!
“It was important to us, to include the most vivid colours, we wanted to make people feel good the moment they arrived at the location. Using a lot of loud colours like pink, yellow, red, blue, green, purple, orange – simply colours full of joie de vivre. We wanted to create a wedding out of the ordinary, daring to be garish, extravagant and paying a lot of attention to all the details.” began photographer Nici.
“We wanted to address all the senses to create an unique wedding experience. Using colour in the air by having smoke flairs, a dancer with magical wings, music all around, a bubble artist creating stunning bubbles, a sweet table with colourful, inspiring sweets and delicious food.”

This wonderful hidden factory in the middle of the Austrian mountains, surrounded by this stunning nature made it perfect for our one-of-a-kind wedding inspiration. “Simplicity and no narrowing structures where two of the keywords for this shoot, which were two of the reasons to organize food trucks rather than fancy catering. Guests had the possibility to grab wonderful, fresh, high quality food and drinks, whenever they feel like it. The Wrapstar-truck & Sanfish streetfood served amazing food with vegetarian and vegan options, to make every guest happy. A little local new brewery called Tom&Harry beer, offered their newest creations like “Maiwipferl“ – beer with an extra shot of spruce shoots, crazy and inventive, just perfect for this unconventional wedding theme.” Nici told us.
“Süße Boutique – in cooperation with Super Streusel, created the most colourful, sparkling tasty sweets, which tasted as great as they looked. Those little treasures were little pieces of art. All of our suppliers, mainly small or even one-man businesses focused on details and therefore contributed such a valuable part of this dreamy, energetic and unique atmosphere.”
“One of the biggest highlights was the free wedding ceremony in the middle of a huge green field surrounded by stunning mountains, where the couple exchanged their vows. The wedding speaker added extra sparkle with his very touching and personal words. This was followed by the biggest highlight of this inspirational wedding day. The couple perpetuated their endless love by tattooing their wedding rings.” Nici explained.
