FEELING FRUITY! A HAWAIIAN INSPIRED WEDDING WITH BRIGHT BOLD COLOURS
Aloha and happy Monday! We’ve got a beaut of a real wedding to share with you today. If you’re looking out of the window dreaming of a tropical destination then let us transport you to this Hawaiian inspired wedding filled with pineapples, bright pops of yellow, tropical inspired florals and some seriously delicious looking mai thai cocktails!
This HAWAIIAN INSPIRED wedding is filled with tropical fruits, mango wood, palm leaves, fresh blooms in an array of colours and you saw, plenty of pineapples! ‘We also painted pineapples to hold table names, made custom wood square candle holders, and had menus created with white calligraphy on palm leaves to perch at each table among the beautiful blooms and transferware blue china’ said wedding stylist from Amorology Weddings, Sheridan.
Everyone was treated to refreshing Mai Tai tropical cocktails and of course it wouldn’t be Hawaiian if there weren’t coconut bras, would it? So naturally guests were convinced to release their inner hula-girl and pop a set of coconut shells on, along with straw hats to get jiggy on the dance floor.
Guests could also devour sweet desserts from the ‘Sugar Shack’, a beautiful dessert station display, topped off with the cutest cake made by the talented Hey There, Cupcake! For wedding favours, Brandi + Tim’s favourite cookies were shipped from Hawaii itself, and packaged in individual pineapple-printed muslin bags for guests to take home at the end of the night.
