Off The Record: Missing Cats, Movie Night & Motherly Love
Happy Sunday everyone!!! How are you all feeling after that much needed extra hour of sleep this morning??
Mr T has been very good to me this weekend taking me out to the cinema and buying me lunch, I have desperately needed to get out of the house this week as I am afraid we have not had the best news, as my sweet little kitty Chi Chi has gone missing. We have been searching high and low, putting up posters and handing out flyers but as of yet we have not heard anything. It is as though she has disappeared off the face of the earth? I understand that there are probably some people out there that would not understand how I could be so distressed over a cat, but I treat all three of mine like babies. They are there the first to hear all my good news and are always there for a cuddle when I need a little comfort. I can only hope that Chi Chi was in desperate need of a holiday and has popped off for a little vacation for the week, anyway I will be sure to keep you all updated on our search. Fingers crosses…

♥ Mr T treated me to lunch at my favourite restaurant this weekend ‘Tompopo’. Honestly the food is delicious!!
♥ Watching Captain Phillips. This has to be one of the best films I have ever seen! Although I was completely terrified for the Captain and his crew I also found myself feeling strangely sorry for the pirates. I suppose I realised how ignorant I was to the reasons behind piracy. This film certainly had my emotions battling between right and wrong?
♥ Visiting the Objets De Desir pop up shop in Cabot Circus, Bristol. From the minute myself and Mr T had walked in we did nothing but add to our christmas wishlists! There was such an amazing array of weird and wonderful gifts and knick knacks. The pop up shop will be in Bristol until christmas eve so I really do recommend you pay it a visit if you are looking for a unique present or even just to treat yourself!
♥ Getting dressed up and heading out into the woods for a bridal shoot with Jess. Although I see Jess with her camera most of the time, I never get bored of watching her work, I love the passion she has when shooting and I find it really inspiring!
♥ Finding @WeddingBloggerProbz on Twitter! Honestly the tweets have me in stitches she is like a the Jenna Marbles of blogging.
♥ Talking of things that have had me in stitches have you seen this video from ‘Telling Dad’? If you are a blogger you are going to love this…

♥ Getting Emily all dressed up and pretty to trek into the woods for a bridal shoot.
♥ Updating my photography website, it seriously needed a major overhaul and by next week you should be looking at a much cleaner and more professional site.
♥ Celebrating my cousins birthday with the whole family (plus nan’s special chocolate cake!)
♥ Watching series 3 of Desperate Housewives. Me and James are flying through the episodes and I am pleased to say he loves it just as much as I thought he would. Men, listen up! Do not be put off the title, it is actually pretty dark!
♥ having brunch with Hannah who I haven’t seen for ages! It was so nice to have a catch up and a giggle about our time at school together. No matter how long we go without seeing each other the moment we are back together it is as though nothing has changed.
♥ Getting a new car, toot toot!! My old car really was on its last legs and only just scraped through the MOT last time so it was time for an upgrade. I am so glad the new also has cup holders! (I am easily pleased). Me and Mario the Mitsibushi are going to be great together 🙂

Have you rung the local vets? Check where your out of hours providers are, probably vets now and give them a call too. This may not be very close to you, have a look on their website for where they are-its not always close. May be worth calling the cats protection league too and the RSPCA
Fingers crossed xx
Hi Samantha! I have rung the local vets but I had not even thought to check the out of hours too, mine is Bristol so I will give them a call. Thank you so much for your help 🙂

It’s always devestating when a kitty goes awol – ours disappeared when he was only 14 weeks old – he turned up 9 days later near where my other half worked and was spotted by a friend of a friend who had seen his piccie on Facebook – so keep sharing those pics coz you never know! Hope chi-chi turns up soon xxx
Thanks for your reassurance Anthea. I am afraid I have still not been reunited with Chichi but your comment has inspired me to share her image again tonight on FB. Thank you and fingers crossed I still hopeful that she will turn up! x x x
