Off The Record: Crowns, Cooking & Cadbury!
Boy have we been celebrating this week! I don’t know if you heard but Bespoke Bride is the ripe old age of 2 years old and we could think of no better way to raise a glass than with fellow friends and lovilies from the wedding industry! We had a blast hosting a little shindig in Bristol for the evening but I won’t give too much away because we’ll be doing a nice big post on Bespoke Bride’s Birthday Bash soon so keep your eyes peeled! In the mean time…let me feed your appetite for beautiful things happening around the web and let you in on what else me & Em have been up to this week!
Jess Loves…
♥ Visiting Cadbury world!! Yep. That happened. And so did lots of free chocolate.
♥ Making little decorations for the party! Ok ok…well by the end of tons of paper flowers I was kind of not loving it that much but they did look pretty on the night!
♥ Getting Birthday presents from some seriously awesome people in the industry!! I mean seriously, these guys are so lush! Thank you so much Crown & Glory , Fairford Balloons , & She Is The Resolution ! Your gifts were so unnecessary but so massively appreciated! We LOVVVEEEDDD them!!
♥ Looking around a room filled with people celebrating with us and feeling so insanely blessed to know such great people who support me & Emily.
♥ Cooking an early Thanksgiving dinner with Em! We had a lot of fun and did pretty well I think considering we had never cooked a Turkey before! Pictures coming next week…
♥ This proposal video! Potentially the most romantic and thoughtful one I’ve ever seen!! I cried.
Emily Loves…
♥ Our birthday balloon was a balloon with balloons inside. Honestly how do they work? How is it possible? This is surely some kind of magic??
♥ My new Liberace kitty ears from Crown and Glory, thanks to the gorgeous Sophie!!!
♥ Cooking my first ever turkey crown for our Thanksgiving dinner! I NEVER cook meat as I am vegetarian, so as you can imagine I was super surprised that I never gave anyone food poisoning!
♥ I was so super proud of my best friend this week as she graduated with a honours degree in Animal Biology & Ecology. I have never felt so proud! Congratulations Vicky, you have done so well and you deserve the very best.
♥ Doing a podcast for my universities blog. It was so much fun to go back to see all my old lecturers. Surprisingly many of them already knew what I had been upto since leaving university as they follow us on Facebook and Twitter etc which made me a little nervous but was a total pleasure!
