Supplier Love: Boudoir, Bright Flowers & Beautiful Creations…
Jeez. I feel like I blinked and it was the end of March! Anyone else feeling like this? I mean I know we say ‘time flies when you’re having fun’ but it REALLY does! We’re 3 months into 2014 already! WE’RE A QUARTER OF THE WAY THROUGH THE YEAR!! How did that happen?! How is your 2014 shaping up so far?? We caught up with some of the lovely sponsors in our sidebar to find out what they’ve been up to this year and what their current obsessions are! Let’s show some love to some of the people who make Bespoke Bride what it is…
Meet Kerrie Mitchell Photography!
Tell Us About Yourself…
Hi it’s Kerrie here I’m predominantly a wedding photographer (Kerrie Mitchell Photography) but have joined forces with Bespoke Bride to promote my new Boudoir Photography Venture. I work alongside Amanda, Louise and Charlotte to make women look and feel incredibly beautiful during their fun and pampering boudoir photography shoot. We love to work with you individually to create a shoot thats all about you, your interests and your style.
Rather than focusing on seductive and seedy poses, we want to create photos that make you look like the most polished version of you regardless of your body shape. So after you’ve been pampered and preened by hair and make-up, styled to a ‘T’ by our on-set stylist you’ll be ready to have some fun in front of the camera, and better yet it doesn’t all have to be in your underwear!!
I’m Perfect for Bespoke Bride readers because…
We love a bit of DIY! For our website launch our photo shoot involved giant paper pom poms, getting creative with sets and turning jewellery into hair-pieces. We think our style is perfect for you creative cats that read Bespoke Bride and we can’t wait to work with you!

Meet Style & Joy
Tell Us About Yourself…
I’m Miranda; the one gal band behind Style & Joy. I’m an ex-jewellery designer/maker turned stationery designer, who fell in love with weddings when planning her own!
Style & Joy is a result of that love story – a creative little business which offers unique, original and stylish contemporary stationery and details for the modern couple.
I’m Perfect for Bespoke Bride readers because…
Just like your awesome selves, I believe in individuality, creativity, style, and love to add in a quirky, fun twist. The current collections are original, fresh, versatile and a little bit different. From bright & bold pop brights to more rustic, muted hues I love how colour can change the personality of a design, which is why I have created lots of different colour palettes to help and inspire. It’s such an honour and pleasure to work with couples to design something special for their big day, I do everything I can to make my little part in all as enjoyable and stress free as possible!
This Month My Current Obsessions Are…
Spring blooms! The soft lilacs of bluebells, the utter gorgeousness of a bunch of bright ranunculus, sunny yellow daffodils…all so bloomin’ lovely!
I also have a bit of a thing for glitter and sequins! I’ve had a design for a collection behind the scenes for a while now which has a touch of sparkle, I cannot wait to get working on it again 😉 I also love making glitter envelope liners and adding metallic touches to Style & Joy stationery. I am swooning over the current sequin tablecloths & glitter confetti trend in weddling-land at the moment, and think that a touch of sparkle here and there in the right places is oh so chic and pretty.
Oh, and custard donuts. With a mahoossive mug of tea. 🙂

Meet Lumiere Photography!
Tell Us About Yourself…
Friendly French female photographer for whom photography is a way of living, a way of celebrating life, love, moments. It’s a cross between Carpe Diem and trust that while each moment is unique, good ones happen all the time. Very optimistic and life affirming. I am a light seeker, beauty finder, emotion reveller.
I’m Perfect for Bespoke Bride readers because…
What I look for is the unique, different, personal, in a word: bespoke, to celebrate each person, each couple their own way.

Meet Just Say Yes Films!
Tell Us About Yourself…
Hello. I’m James. Teacher of Media and Music Technology by day, Rockstar by night – Blogger, Wedding Videographer & everything else in between! I established myself as a Wedding Videographer around a year ago (after spending years working on Music Videos & numerous short promo films); twelve months later, I’m well and truly sucked in.
I’m Perfect for Bespoke Bride readers because…
Capturing the emotion and magic of the biggest day of your life is something that challenges me creatively, and the excitement of putting together something you will treasure for eternity makes wedding film such an enjoyable job.
This Month My Current Obsessions Are…
I’m currently editing a wedding I shot in February (highlights above) and one of my friends/colleagues, who is film-maker, guided me towards this amazing plugin – Neat Video. It works in tandem with the software I use to edit my films, and softens out any ‘noise’ that is prevelent in shots. Basically, it can bring clips that may me unusable back from the dead – it’s an incredible tool.
My Favourite Bits From My Blog This Month Are…
On top of everything else I do, I also have time to run a blog with my brother. Although it’s not linked to the Wedding Industry in any way shape or form, we finally passed the 10,000 views in a day mark over the weekend. That has to be the favourite thing about my blog this month!

We reside in the always lovely Liverpool and work allover the UK, bringing high quality design and unique ideas to couples getting married. Within our specialised team we use our background in Film, TV, Theatre and Events to bring you the best in wedding design, styling, co-ordination, stationery, photo booths and props.
We’re Perfect for Bespoke Bride readers because…
Everything we do is unique, handcrafted and bespoke to each client. All our wedding stationery comes with a bespoke design included in the price and everything we design and make for a couple is completely unique to them. Whether it’s giant paper flowers covering a spiral staircase or 200 metres of book page heart garlands, we put our all into hand making each element and making your day as perfect as possible.
This Month My Current Obsessions Are…
Sophie: For me it would have to be flowers. I am always obsessed with flowers, but since we started making paper versions, I have become even more obsessed. I could browse bouquets on Pinterest for hours and I’m really excited about our new photo booth, which features lots of them.
Laura: At the moment I’m a little obsessed with tattoos. We’ve got an exciting project coming up that involves them a lot, so I’m really looking forward to finding some awesome designs and making them lifesize and 3D.
Sophie: Oooh and pom poms. The wool variety. I am obsessed with wearing them, decorating with them and incorporating them into the wedding of a bride in June. I cannot wait to reveal what we’re up to.
My Favourite Bits From My Blog This Month Are…
We’re really lucky as all our projects are so different. That makes this question a toughy… If we had to pick our favourite sections it would be….
Well, this will always be number one. Styling the venue that HRH The Duchess of Cambridge visited in Liverpool. Seeing our future Queen admire our work is something we’ll never forget.
The paper flower staircase we created for the wedding of Karen and Lee, then surprising them both afterwards with a movie premiere of their wedding film alongside Papertwin and Claire Penn at Woolton Picture House. The most gorgeous, old fashioned cinema in Liverpool. It’s a career highlight. The video makes us cry, everytime.
The wedding stationery Ian our graphic designer created, that included the names of Sophie’s Nan and Grandad.
Our bright paper flowers and thier adventure in Birmingham with Jay Emme Photography!
