Off The Record: Carnivals, Congratulations & Photos with Craig Dearsley!

Well it has been quite a week! Not only has the weather been A-MAZING but we kicked off the week with a fun filled photo shoot at Paintworks in Bristol! It was time for us to create some new content for our brand spanking new media kit coming soon and who better to ask than the awesome photographer who shot our last media kit images?! Craig Dearlsey! We had so much fun with confetti, party hats, lollipops and even topped off the day with lunch in an airstream diner! Perfect! Here’s what else we’ve been up to and loving this week…

JESS LOVES:

♥ Spending the day at Alyburton carnival! Who doesn’t love a good carnival? Especially when you’re drinking with friends in the sunshine! The Pimms was flowing and we made some great memories! I LOVE SUMMER!

♥ James buying me flowers to say congratulations on the nominations, I don’t know what it is about being bought flowers, regardless of the occasion, it’s just so so so nice. I absolutely love receiving them!

♥ Having lunch with Hannah, you know when you haven’t seen a friend for so long, and then you finally get chance to catch up and you end up spending absolutely hours laughing? That’s what happens when we get together! It’s like no time has gone by at all 🙂

♥ Competing in a pub quiz! Yes we came last, but it was way too fun to matter! Plus we won the ‘loser’s prize’ of Lambrini haha

♥ Lunch at diners! We had some really yummy food at the paint works in Bristol with Craig, there’s an airstream van there which is a diner, the food was DELICIOUS and it was an amazing price too! I had a classic burger, chips and coleslaw…and of course a coke in a glass bottle to go with it!

EMILY LOVES:

♥ Escaping from the office for a day to visit the paintworks in Bristol and having our photos taken by the always fabulous Craig Dearsley. The venue is ultra cool and modern and makes a awesome event space, you will hear much more about that place from us in the coming weeks. Spending time with Craig was also cool! Our last shoot together was last year so we did lots of catching up, laughing and we even had lunch in the coolest airstream diner.

♥ Spending time with friends at our local carnival, the sun was shining, there was pimms, candyfloss, tug a war, races & hand stands. What’s not to love!!

♥ The Sun!! Oh my gosh it has been so hot but I am loving every second of it.

♥ Watching my veg patch and herb garden blossom. I am so proud of all my little veggies and herbs, I even talk to them. I’m not weird I promise.

♥ Long walks with Mr T, discovering new places and watching the insects enjoying the sun.
