It gives us great pleasure to introduce a lovely friend of Bespoke Bride to you today. The wonderful Suzie and her 1950’s vintage style Ambassador car are the team behind Kushi Kars, a fabulously unique and funky way to travel to your wedding.
About Suzie and Kushi Kars…
The Ambassador is an iconic indian car, based on the 1950s British classic the Morris Oxford and is similar to the Morris Minor, only bigger and with a boot! What makes them so special is the painstaking attention to detail spent transforming each car into a work of art. Kushi Kars are festooned with exotic flowers on both bumpers and every inch of their interiors bedecked with lavish fabrics of red and gold.
Where are you based?
The beautiful Gloucestershire Cotswolds, we also cover Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Shropshire.
What is your role on the wedding day?
Often, the fabulous suzie will take the Mother of the Bride and bridesmaids to the marriage venue before returning for the Bride and her father.
After the service, photography with the car is encouraged, before being drivien you to the reception. If time allows, Suzie is also able to drive somewhere nearby with your photographer for a few shots in the beautiful Cotswold countryside.
What does the car cost to hire?
Typically, hire costs from £325 for up to 3 hours and can include multiple journeys if time & distances allow.

this car looks really cool and classy, especially when you are Indian and this brings back the memories of your native culture. I was always dreaming about a “folky” and native wedding with natural decorations but me and my fiance are from different countries and different culturies.
