CONVERSATION HEART TOTE BAGS WITH A GEOMETRIC TWIST!
Here we go again with our geometric twists! We just can’t help ourselves, you know how much we love it, plus we think it adds a nice modern touch to these conversation heart tote bags! How cute would these be for a valentines gift? Or even how about making them for your bridesmaids and filling them with goodies?!

YOU WILL NEED:
Tote Bags // An Iron // Cricut Iron on in Red // Cricut Iron on in Yellow // Cricut Iron on in Blue // Cricut Iron on in Pink // Cricut Explore //
If you don’t have a Cricut then fret not my lovelies, you can still make this DIY! Simply download the pink heart template, blue heart template & yellow heart template and grab the following items…
Printable Iron on paper // Tote bags // An iron //
If you’re creating these bags without a Cricut all you’ll need to do is print off those templates onto A4 iron on paper then iron the designs onto your tote bags! Simple! If you’re planning on creating these using your Cricut then read on…
STEP 1: The first step is to download our geometric heart shape here and upload it to the Cricut Design Space. We sized ours 9 and a half inches wide.
STEP 2: Next go ahead and put your first colour on your mat and let the Cricut cut out your heart, then iron it on to your tote.
STEP 3: Next, type up whatever text you’d like on your heart and size it to fit your heart. We used the font Ariel rounded and decided to use the fun and cute text that’s normally found on conversation hearts!
STEP 4: Put your iron on in red onto your Cricut mat and get ready to set the Cricut to cut out your text, you’ll want to make sure you check that box that says ‘Mirror Image for Iron On’ that will cut your text out backwards but will be A-Ok when you go to iron it on.
STEP 5: Speaking of which, you’ll want to do that next, place your text where it looks right in your heart and iron your quote on.
STEP 6: You’re done! Repeat with your other colours and create fun tote bags to your hearts content!
So, what do you think? We absolutely love our new tote bags and will be taking them with us wherever we go, they’re actually the perfect size for our laptops too and are WAY CUTER than your standard laptop bag! Granted you’ll still need a protective sleeve but who can complain when you’re sporting a bag with HOT STUFF printed on the front?!
