What we’ve seen work best in some cases, when the couple wants their reception in a ‘standard’ wedding venue or wedding hall, is to make the venue booking at the same time choosing a catering company that often caters at the given venue – saved the hassle of looking for a catering provider and guarantees the staff will know what goes where.
