DIY GEOMETRIC TABLE NUMBERS
If you’re having table numbers instead of table names then why not craft up a bunch of these geometric table numbers? Today we’re sharing this fun DIY from the Cricut Design Space that is crazy easy to do! The numbers take less than 30 minutes to make and the templates go all the way up to number 15 so you’re bound to have every table covered! Besides, how cute do they look?! Perfect for summer!
YOU WILL NEED:
Cardstock in 3 different colours (as you can see we went for pastel pink, pastel blue and a tropical green, but choose whatever matches your theme best!) // Cricut machine // Cricut standard grip mat // Craft glue // Table number stands (I used Sugru for ours and moulded them together, waited for them to set and then spray painted them gold but I wish I would have made them slightly bigger, they struggled to stand up with the card attached so I would definitely recommend purchasing some table number stands //
STEP 1:
Simply click here to open up the project in the Cricut design space, these table numbers cut out at 5.25 inches by 5.5 inches, if you’re happy with that simply click ‘make it’, but if you’d like to make the numbers bigger or smaller then hit customise and resize them within the design space.
STEP 2:
If you’ve ever made a project with Cricut before then you’ll know how easy it is, it tells you exactly what to do and when, so for this project I simply had to input my pink card first, set the machine to cardstock and let it cut out the first layer of shapes, I then repeated with the blue card and finally the green card until all of the shapes were cut out for me.
STEP 3:
The fun part! It’s now time to assembly the three different shapes together to form the number in the negative space, simply glues these all together with your craft glue, making sure the green is at the back, then the pink and finally the blue on top.
STEP 4:
Once the glue has dried simply pop your table numbers into the stands and you’re done!
What do you guys think?! They’re a super easy project to make and are ready in no time! A wedding DIY in less than half an hour is good in our books! Don’t forget if you’d like to see more projects made with the Cricut machine then click here! xx
