“Friend and fellow photographer Beth Waterman recently opened a new venue in Indianapolis called Ivory Foundry. It’s a beautiful space and she has put so much love into the design.” began photographer, Jasmine.
“If you happen to know Beth, then you know she is very detail oriented and has added so many amazing touches to the venue! Beth really wants the Ivory Foundry to be a venue for everyone and she wanted to showcase that she supports and welcomes the LGBTQ+ community.” She explained.
“I worked with the lovely Samantha of Samantha Mitchell Photography to design the shoot. When we got together to first talk about the inspiration, we ended up having the exact same vision for the shoot- colourful pastel rainbow polka dot vibes!”
“We got some amazing vendors on board and each of them really made our vision come to life! (Be sure to check out the full vendor list at the end of the blog and give them some love!) One of Samantha’s soon-to-be married couples, Riley and Brock, agreed to model for the shoot and they were great! We also had Marvin (who you may recognize from American news channel WLFI) come and be a stylized groom for the shoot (and he also stood in as the officiant).” Jasmine added.
“I have been DYING to photograph a groom with a cape so as soon as I knew we had Marvin for the shoot, I just had to make him a cape! He really made all of my groom wearing cape dreams came true!!!”
