Fashion Friday: That Festival Feeling…

As if we haven’t shouted about it enough already, we attended the super cool ‘Fab Wed Fest’ last weekend, and boy didn’t we have fun! This was by far one of the most refreshing wedding fairs we had ever been too, everyone was raving about it and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. You can read our review of the fair next week but for now lets get back to our fashion Friday…

We made sure we embraced the spirit and dressed in true festival style. No British Festival is complete without some typical British weather so wellies were a must!

What Emily Wore: I love festivals and I adore fashion that comes with them! I am a festival spirit! I’m used to attending festival in the warmer summer months so i’m not going to lie it was a little cold, I borrowed this fur coat from a friend and it did a wonderful job of keeping me warm for the day. Long socks were a must for an extra thermal layer. I wanted to dress my hair up, as its so long its easy for it to look boring so this headscarf was perfect and a touch of red lipstick made me feel glam.

What Jess Wore: When I think of festival style my mind is filled with images of denim shorts, bright colours, wellies & floral head pieces! That’s exactly what I wanted to wear but a warmer version since the weather wasn’t amazing that day! Thermal tights & long socks were a savior at the Wed Fest although I wish I had worn an extra pair of socks for extra warmth!
