DuGaren Venues and Vineyards is a family-run business located on 27 acres of beautiful land in the heart of Denver. It is conveniently located near Highway 16 between Highways 150 and 73 with quick access to Charlotte, Hickory, Lincolnton, Lake Norman, and the surrounding areas.
DuGaren Venues and Vineyards offers a spacious event center that can host your wedding, corporate event, reunion, or even a birthday party. The Venue, a 4,000 square foot climate controlled reception facility, can comfortably accommodate up to 200+ guests. It offers an under cover drop off, a covered veranda, space to accommodate a food truck, and plenty of parking.
But what makes DuGaren Venues and Vineyards the perfect location for a styled wedding photo shoot is its picturesque indoor and outdoor ceremony sites. You can choose from a grand stone fireplace, a wall of windows overlooking the vineyard, a pavilion with a fireplace from the original home built in the 1800s, or a gazebo with a fountain. Each site offers a unique backdrop for your photos, whether you want a rustic, romantic, or elegant theme.
DuGaren Venues and Vineyards also has a Parlour, a 4,000 square foot facility that houses the Bride’s Room, Groom’s Room, preparation kitchen, and Men and Women’s Restrooms. The Bride’s and Groom’s Room have their own attached restroom and dry bar. You can use these rooms to get ready for your photo shoot, or to take some intimate photos with your partner.
In addition to the event center and the ceremony sites, DuGaren Venues and Vineyards also has a vineyard that is currently under development. In 2025, the Winery, a 2,000 square foot facility with indoor and outdoor bar seating, wine tasting room, wine bar, and a winery gift shop will open for wine tasting. The vineyard will add more charm and beauty to the property, and will provide another option for your photo shoot.
