Allie and David’s Edgy and Romantic Fall Wedding at Oakbourne Country Club in LA
Allie, a Dallas based interior designer, had a very specific vision for her wedding to her long time love David. Allie and David held their wedding at Oakbourne Country Club.
“We planned for the ceremony to take place on the green under two sprawling oak trees but mother nature had other plans. Luckily we were able to move things inside to the newly updated event space.”
There, they said I do in front of a small group of close family and friends dressed in black against a background of candle light and white florals.
From there they started off the celebration at a cocktail hour complete with a champagne tower where the couple toasted to the beginning of their new life together.
Finally it was time to head to the reception. This was held in a tent draped with custom fabric from end to end. The tables were dripping with romance, covered with candles and bud vases filled with a mix of white florals.
Their four tiered wedding cake was vintage inspired wedding cake was adorned with the words “Till Death Do Us Part” and glittery red cherries.
Half way through the reception Allie traded in her sleek white gown and gloves for a red sequin party dress and black stilettos. We switched up the lighting and BOOM, it was disco hour!
The couple took to the stage where they tossed out disco ball necklaces to their guests. They completed the evening with a stage dive and some epic crowd surfing.
