We DO NOT accept guest posts on our blog unless we have specifically requested them. We are passionate about making sure all the content on our blog is unique to us. The only time you will see a guest post on our blog is when we have invited an expert to chat about a certain subject on which we do not have the required knowledge.

Some of your printables are titled as free but when I click to download, it takes me to a link to buy?
For many years we offered many of our free printables for free but as of January 2017 we decided to start charging for a number of our most popular ones which you can buy here. Although we would love to be able to work for free all the time, we are running a business and do need make money in order to keep providing our readers with the fun and creative content they have come to know and love!

When placing your order please first ensure you entered the correct email address. If you do not receive your digital downloads right away please check your spam folder. It has been more than 14 days and I have still not received my order?

How long does it take to ship?
Items are made to order and take 3-5 working days to complete. Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and take an average 3-5 working days to be delivered in the UK and 5-7 working days to international destinations.
Are you able to choose specific Lyrics/quotes when ordering the Vinyl stickers?
We are more than happy to provide you with the lyrics/ quotes of your choice. As soon as you have completed your order, please send us an email with your full name, order number and choice to admin AT bespoke-bride DOT com
Can you ship priority?
We are unable to ship priority, please make sure when placing your order that you leave enough time for completion and delivery.
I can’t find my tracking number?
We only provide a tracking number if you have chosen to have your item sent ‘tracked and signed’ for by Royal Mail. This option is not available via Shopify however, if you would like to request this before placing your order please send an email to admin AT bespoke-bride DOT com and we will arrange this for you.
My digital products won’t download?

What type of glass can be used for the vinyl stickers?
We suggest using highball glasses; however the stickers are suitable for a wide range of glassware and surfaces.
Do you do bespoke orders?
Please send your requests to admin AT bespoke-bride DOT com and we will let you know if it’s possible.
I received my vinyl stickers but I can’t make them stick?
When transferring the vinyl stickers, first ensure the glass is dry and free from any bits of dust. Do not try to transfer if the glass is too hot or cold, this works better when the glasses are at room temp.
We recommend rubbing the transfer tape against the glass, pushing down on each letter as you go, then from one corner slowly peel away the tape. If the letters are being particularly stubborn, try using tweezers to hold each letter in place as you peel the tape away. Once it has been fully removed give the letters one more firm rub over and you should be good to go!
